shipping & returns

Shipping:

• All orders will be shipped by standard post (3-5 business days) after dispatch
• dispatch will be after the garment has been produced (usually after 1 week)
• All orders will be sent with tracking through Australia Post and tracking details will be emailed to you once the order has shipped 

 Returns

• All goods may only be returned if the item is faulty, damaged or if the good received were incorrect and evidence is provided
• All goods must be unworn in order to process a return
• To initiate a return please contact us on customerservice@lunarscrubs.com.au
• All returns must be initiated and processed within 14 days of receiving the item.
